Ugandan churches were serving Bugiri long before Living Springs arrived.
Living Springs works with Ugandan churches rather than around them. That means encouragement, biblical teaching, and leadership training for pastors and lay leaders who were already serving their communities long before we arrived — and who will still be serving them long after any visiting team goes home.
The relationship is intended to run both directions. Partner congregations abroad give and pray; Ugandan pastors teach, host, and lead. Leadership training is offered because it was asked for, not because it was assumed to be needed.
Discipleship at the school is offered honestly and without coercion. A child's place, meals and education are not conditional on their response to the gospel, and this site will not describe them as though they were.

Congregations overseas walking with a specific church and a specific school, for years rather than a season.

Help build the school
The Bugiri School Project is being built by Ugandan believers in their own community. Partnership from abroad helps pay for it, prays for it, and stays with it.
