This website is published by Living Springs Global Fellowship, a new jersey 501(c)(3) public charity. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We have tried to keep them short and reasonable rather than defensive.

The site exists to explain who we are, describe the work in Bugiri, and give people a way to support it or get in touch. It is informational.

We hold ourselves to publishing only what we can evidence. Where a fact is not yet confirmed, the site says so instead of estimating. Even so, pages can fall out of date, and nothing here should be treated as professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.

Living Springs is a Christian ministry, and the site reflects that plainly. Scripture, prayer, and statements of faith appear here as expressions of what we believe and why we do this work. They are offered, not imposed.

Gifts made through this site support the mission of Living Springs Global Fellowship. Unless a gift is given in response to a specific appeal, it is used where the need is greatest, at the direction of the organization.

A New Jersey 501(c)(3) public charity. Gifts are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. We cannot give you tax advice; if a gift matters to your return, speak to your own adviser.

This website does not process payments. Giving is handled by Subsplash Giving, PayPal, or Givebutter, each an independent company with its own terms, fees, and privacy policy. When you give, you are entering into a transaction with that platform as well as making a gift to us.

The confirmation of your gift is issued by the platform you used. If you need a written acknowledgement from Living Springs itself, ask us and we will provide one. See our donor privacy page for how we treat supporter information.

We link outward where it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their security, or their policies. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the other side of it.

The writing, design, artwork, and photography on this site belong to Living Springs Global Fellowship or to the people who licensed them to us, unless stated otherwise on the page.

You are welcome to share links, quote us with attribution, and print material for prayer, teaching, or your own church’s use. Please ask first before republishing our material commercially, altering it, or presenting it as your own.

Images of children are handled with particular care, and our approach is described on the child safeguarding and dignity page. Photographs on this site may not be downloaded, edited, or reused elsewhere without permission, and images of identifiable children may not be reused at all.

If you believe an image on this site should not be published, tell us and we will take it down while we look into it.

Please do not use this site to:

• send us abusive, deceptive, or unlawful messages;
• submit forms automatically, or attempt to overwhelm them;
• try to reach parts of the site or database that are not public, or interfere with how it runs;
• harvest email addresses or personal information from it.

We publish this site in good faith and keep it as accurate as we can. We cannot promise that it will always be available, error-free, or completely current, and it is provided as it is.

To the extent the law allows, Living Springs Global Fellowship is not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from a third-party service reached through it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms may change as the site changes. The date at the top of the page shows the most recent revision, and continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised terms.

The organization is registered in the United States. We have deliberately not named a governing state or venue here, because that is a decision for our leadership and counsel rather than something to assert on a web page. This section will be completed once it is confirmed.
